3D Embroidery
3D embroidery creates a bold raised effect by covering a special foam layer with dense stitching. It works best with simple shapes, thicker lines, lettering and prominent elements of a logo. The technique gives caps a premium, distinctive appearance but is not suitable for very small details or thin lines. Each design is therefore assessed individually.
